Tushar Pandya

Tushar has rich 20+ years depth of experience with all aspects of SDLC having worked in a variety of environments of fast paced technology development, and led multiple complex global programs. Tushar is passionate about Lean-Agile mindset and creating opportunities for transformational patterns and coaching teams to collaborate and self-organize to hit their stride. Having built multiple world class high performing teams, Tushar has been scaling agile for 15+ years and is enthusiastic about creating teams that operate at sustainable high velocities.

Tushar has 8+ years experience consulting as Agile Coach and Scrum Master for various software companies. He has led multiple agile transformations and coached many teams in adopting the agile principles and practices. Tushar has helped many teams develop meaningful metrics, adopt Kanban to bring visibility to work in progress and conduct effective and meaningful ceremonies (Such as retrospectives, Daily stand-ups, Inspect and Adapt workshops) towards creating an environment of relentless improvement. Tushar is also a trainer and instructs certification classes for SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe), Advanced Scrum Master (ASM) and SAFe practitioner.
